All boats are equipped with the mandatory safety equipment required for navigation and other accessories to assist in boat use: mooring lines, fenders, anchor, etc.

On board, children (of any age) are counted as adults. We provide children's life jackets free of charge.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation up to 72 hours before the rental start: full refund (no cost to the customer).
- Cancellation between 72 and 48 hours before the rental start: 20% of the total amount will be retained.
- Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before the rental start: 50% of the total amount will be retained.
- Cancellation within 24 hours before the rental start or no-show: no refund (100% of the total amount will be retained).
- Bad weather and adverse weather conditions that compromise navigation safety: full refund, subject to verification and actual confirmation by Nausika Group SRL.
Other conditions:
It is required to be on-site at least 30 minutes before the booking time.
No refunds are provided for early return or for any other reason.
If the pick-up and drop-off service is requested from a pier other than the Nausika Alto Lario Marine Center, both operations must take place at the same pier.
